Did this get handled? Oh well...I use a pair of hose clamps "daisy
chained" together...one for the rack tube and one for the pvc.
Works great...I have mine "low-boy" style so they hang under the
rack tube. That way I mount a yakima box to store booms etc on the
top-side. Kevin
