First, to my surprise I was caught without my gear driving by Alameda's
Crown beach around 6.30 pm today. There was a healthy bunch of kiters having
great fun 18 to 20 mph winds. So, it must have blown throughout the bay,
since there wasn't one windsurfer in the water.

Now, I have a complete PVC tube (lids and all). I need it out of my backyard
and on top of my car (OK, PVC is not my favorite material). I am wondering
if any one has an extra set of unwanted attachments (oversize U bolts,
fasteners or whatever other means) to securely attach a PVC tube to my Thule
rack.

If so, drop me a line. I'll buy them (the retail kits are pricey..?..!)

Cheers!
