Interpretation: They are not paying for it.
This $300M is just the tip of the iceberg.
Where is the rest of the $5.7B, that is
required to destroy the Bay, coming from?
This could even require cancelling prop-13. %^)
Isn't SFO at 1/4 capacity? How can funding XSFO
be deemed a priority given all the other critical,
under-funded public functions; that have to stoop
low to need Lottery's bad@math tax? How come
all the SiV businesses (that are left) have
drastically cut their budgets into the bone and
our government isn't following suite? XSFO
is a horrible investment for the bay's economy.
Here is the Return of Investment calculation:
$6B in, $0 returned, quality of life eroded forever!
