I heard a while back that a sewage pipe was broken near the Berkeley
sailing spot, and that it's not suitable for sailing. Is this still the
case?

What would be the nearest alternative for East Bay sailing? I usually
sail 3rd and Coyote, but in order to avoid being too late for a BBQ I
want to sail as close to Berkeley as I can Sunday.

Thanks for any advice.
