How does one apply the goo? Hot cold? In a towel? Do you know the
scientific name of the plant. Is one species preferred over another? Thanks.

BTW I have pretty bad CTS and got my diagnosis from a physiologist. I was
hooked up to a machine that checked the speed of neural transmission between
my elbow to wrist, through the wrist, and wrist to hand. Several nerve paths
were checked, left and right, and in all cases my wrist demonstrated a 40%
slower speed. Ergo, the carpal passage is the source. I recommend this
procedure for those that are not certain what their problem is.

A friend well versed in deep tissue massage is helping with the problem by
working the muscles and tendons on the arm and wrist, but I am considering
the orthoscopic surgery nip because of the severity of my condition. The new
process seems to be minimally invasive with a good recovery time.
Sharing any experience of this procedure would be appreciated.
