Dude,

Don't get surgery(!) I saw a good upright bass player ruin his career because of

carpel surgery.

Take my advice and take B Stress Complex vitamins and tell me if you still have
carpel after 2 months!
I bet this will take care of it!
Plus take a few weeks off of sailing and other repetitive hand motions.
