Move the Rig!

as your body leans toward the center of the turn,
move the boom away from the center of the turn.

this puts the upper portion of the sail way out there behind your body
where it acts as a big lever to keep pushing you around.
 
When you feel the stillpoint in The Force,
THROW the boom around...quickly!

get it together and go!
