  1. We should have a work party to remove the rocks on the shore at
     low tide or ask the drunk driver work detail to do it for us.
     I'm not sure this is something we should spend money on. 2. I
     vote NO on any competition to ASD. We want to keep them in
     business and support them, not make it tougher! Perhaps use
     some of the money to improve ASD's rental access or even a
     launch that they can use in low tide maybe up near the
     fishermen much like a 3rd Ave launch??? 3. I like the idea of
     a launch on near the Harbor. Good for overflow days and a
     better egress would be nice when I am on a sinker and the wind
     shuts off! Also needed is a rigging area there that is more
     sail friendly. 4. Token donation to stop SFO from filling the
     Bay.
