I highly agree w/ Bob P here if it's possible. A launch less
affected by the new buildings would be a huge benefit.

Is there any possibility of creating a second launch site on Coyote
point that is on the West side of the swimming area? This would
have the advantages of being in clear wind and closer to the
Channel. It would be an intermediate/expert (no-beginner) type of
launch. I'm not too clear on what the topography of the land is
over there.
