Jon,

I think I started this thread with the question about where the best place
to go would be for someone new to waves (but not to windsurfing). I
appreciate your feedback, along with the others. It helps me put into
perspective the challenges/dangers that await me and level of preparedness
needed to go out in those conditions. Thanks a lot!

BTW: I don't think Zeev's comments were intended as a slam -- at least I
didn't read it that way.
