... for 30 min :-) during which eat a lot of sweets: 5 ice cream bars or
a pound of candies will get you in top shape :-) Jokes aside, loss of
coordination is often due to low glucose level ("insuline shock"?).
Staying warm helps, too, as any high altitude montaing climber can attest.
