I saw a guy on 92 near 280 with all his gear sitting the middle of the
road after a session at Third. It wasn't clear to me what happened, but
it looked like either his gutter ripped out, or it wasn't secured
properly. It was a Gorge rack, though, it didn't look like that part
failed.
