There's a good article in the February 1999 Sierra Club Loma Prietan
titled: Runway Expansion Threatens SF Bay (sorry, I'm not going to
type it in). It shows a picture of the proposed expansion, offers
many rebuttals to the Airport's justifications, and lists many
resources. One of them is a report by the SF Estuaty Institute:
