Since my buddy who is an expert sailor was powered on a 4.2 and weighs over
200lbs,I would suggest simply not rigging the 5.7 at all. I think you were
overpowered and a 5.7 Bravo wouldn't have handled the gusts any better.

It definitely blew hard yesterday. Many folks on 4.5's and 5.0's.
Unfortunately I was itching to try my new Naish 5.7 Nalu. Boy was I
OP'd. I downhauled and outhauled it and it was OK. It definitely does
not handle the gusts like my Bravos.
Does anybody have any advice on rigging the Nalu? The sail seemed much
more stable with lots of down and out haul.
