Marine radio's (a good one) does not need a bag. Just stick it in a pocket and
go. A friend of mine has the ICOM M15, carries it in a holster attached to his
harness. Has never had a problem with it. He and his sailing buddy "check in"
every 15 minutes while sailing off Bolinas.
