Ken,
I sailed at Crown Sterling today.  I came off the water at 5:15.  By
5:45 the water was probably 4-6" above the 5:15 level.  I am not quite sure
when low tied actually occurred.  If we assume 5:35 PM and 0.4 ft is
correct, the water was fine at 0.4 ft except for the sand bar and
Kirk's unidentified obstacle.  I think I would recommend using 0 ft to
get out to the bay and 2 ft to clear the sand bar for Crown Sterling.
-1 ft is probably do able but not much fun.
