there are FAR easier ways for them to get your email address. i've
taken great lenths to avoid spam as well, however, my personal email
address (not the one you see here, which so far is safe) is still out
there.

i suspect that the mere act of sending an email to a dubious ISP (msn,
hotmail, aol, etc. - the top of the food chain among spam mongers) is
enough to elect you to a list. they get an almost guaranteed to be
active email address *sender*.

i should test this i guess before making a possible false accusation,
and it'd be easy to do....
