Hi David,

The best thing that I have discovered is to buy STRESS B vitamins - and take
them everyday.
You have to buy the stress B's because they have all the B's and the quanity.
It will take up to 2 months
for this cure to work. Your body will start excreate an enzyme that will stop
the nerve swelling after about 6 weeks!
Good luck! You are doing all the right things. A smaller diameter boom will
help also.
