I've been to that place. I didn't feel a hint of wind, just HEAT, humidity,
great outdoor markets, and one of the nastiest beach breaks I've ever seen.
It's a pool/nightclub/tour around kind of place. No body goes in the water,
when I was there. I went wading in the water and my buddy lost both of his
shoes instantly as some white water churned him up in knee deep water.
There is surfing a bit outside of town. Be careful of the ice ! It's a
prime sick stomach town.
