It's pretty nasty (cliffs, big rocks near the old restaurant), but there's a
nice jetty in front of the Coyote Point Harbor that should be OK. There's a
couple beach areas on it. I don't know if it's in the wind shadow of the
cliffs there, though, it probably is in due W to SW wind. The downwind
penalty is high over there.
