I find my JP 255 Wave perfect for 3.7 to 4.5 for me at 180 lbs. I can sail
it with a 5.0, but that combo's ideal only on a strong ebb at Sherman. At
170 lbs, you might find it fine for 5.0.

Another awesome board from JP is the Freeride 265, if you want to go faster.
Turns easily too, although it's not a wave board.
