I've sailed there, but it was a couple years ago. It's a sketch launch,
but an awesome sailing site, especially on an ebb tide. I'd say if you
can get on the island without being hassled, go for it, just keep a low
profile with the City (i.e. don't be calling to ask permission).

Big minus for the place is no upwind or downwind bailout.
