Funny,

the version to me came back blank but if I view source, it shows...
Anyway, just to be safe, here is the msg again with a few more

     Add to your list,

       1. Proximity to San Jose, Silicon Valley, Stanford, etc.With
          traffic, anything further North is a real mess getting to
          and then driving home from on work days.
       2. I like the secure parking and Rangers at Coyote Pt. It
          is nice to know they will call the Coasties if you don't
          make it back from the Channel and that your car is fairly
          safe security wise.
       3. Proximity to "The Gap" and the "Fog Wind Machine". Some
          days, it just doesn't blow nearly as hard at 3rd Ave.
       4. When do we get mitigation for Flying Tigers? I liked
          that site and how do we trust them to not pull the same
          stunt and leave us with nothing.
