- I don't think I've ever seen anything specific for windsurfing,
however I've seen lots of articles like this for skiing. There's
alot of crossover between the two sports. Pretty much anything
for skiing would be good for windsurfing as well.

- From the various injuries I've gotten over the years and the
resulting physical therapy, I'd suggest concentrating on
the middle core of your body, back and abdominal strength
is probably the most overlooked area. It's certainly what
I had to work in physical therapy. Beyond that you can always
work on leg strength, it's always my legs that hurt after that
first hard day.
