Could the hardy veterans give a few tips on how to catch these
storm sessions? I looked at the pager Sunday and thought that
Half Moon Bay wasn't cooking. My questions would be
something like:

0) How do you know when to get in the car and go? Obviously
if the trees are bent double . . .

1) Where do you sail on SE, S, SW? Is Alameda any good?

1.1) Can you sail 3rd on a SE? I saw one guy out as I drove
across the SM bridge Sunday, but the wind was dead at the time.

1.2) Why was Berkeley so strong Sunday? I would have thought
on a SE Berkely would be in the lee of its own hills.

2) Do you worry about water quality if you sail after a
   storm?

3) How do you explain this to your SO who got neglected
in the summer and was promised that the season is
   "only 3 months long"?

Thanks,
Bob
