All right, all right. Enough already! Why don't you just bring your own gear?
It's only $150 extra as compared to $300+ for 8 days of rental and the only
person you have to deal with is yourself, no matter what happens - broken mast,
dinged board, etc.

typo - should have been "nothing BUT good to say".
I'm not going to detail everything the've provided interms of service but
they've let me slide on a lot of charges for surfboards and extra equipment
over the years. They respond well to good attitude there.
Details on heresay:
MWC charged my friend full new mast price for a used mast that broke. You
can compare this to the $20 (uninsured) HISS charged me for the boom I broke
at Hookipa.
Hi-Tech - Our friends had problems getting 4.5 or 4.7 size sails.

Well, Jeff, if you're reporting what someone else says, that's called
hearsay and generally should be taken for what it's worth - not much.
Someone always knows or has heard about someone that something happened
to. Otoh, I'm reporting my personal experience which happened to me a
mere month ago.

"nothing good to say about their gear and service"? Are you saying you
agree with me?
