That explains a lot! Last year 3rd was sailable for me when it was 13
average and over (on a 5.2, 145 #), this year it has to be 16. This cost
me a few skunks before I realized the calibration must have changed. Rats!
 I also wish all those "correction factors" were dropped right away,
especially if they change every year without notice.
