It is a complex process to negotiate the purchase or lease of the land from
Caltrans and the construction of parking with the City of Foster City. It
isn't a simple as getting forms to fill in. What it requires is people to
spend significant time working with the city and Caltrans, plus lots of money
if we were to do as Greg suggests. I can provide some time, but not enough.
If a few others (Greg, George, Jay?) are willing to spend some time and
energy over what could be an extended period, I would be happy to work with
you. Propose a meeting time if your'e interested.
