Does anybody out there know how the sailing is in the Santa Barbara area?
How is the area otherwise?
Is it easy or difficult to hire talented software engineers there?

There is a small chance that my new company would move there and I want to
know about the pros and cons before any decision is made.

Also, if there are any JAVA engineers out there, we've got some great career
opportunities. We would love to get your resumes.
