Even if this sound hopeful we would have to be careful that later down the
line nothing gets added in the path of this wind tunnel, no additional
parking structure or a billboard in the next lot. And this might be
difficult to monitor since the amplitude of such a small project will not
require more than a building permit. We could discover this wind disruption
only during the building phase and after the permit being issued.
So, if a study would modify shape and orientation of this scary project we
should ensure that the City or regulating authorities flag or red tape any
further construction in the adjacent lots.
