Being new to the Bay area and COTW I would find it extremely useful to have
a description of each sailing area. It could include information such as
how low the meter reads on certain wind directions because of where it's
located, and other misc. info about the launch.

For an example of a similar service on the East Coast that offers these
features check out the Wind Hot Line.
