It depends partly on how often you want to sail. I weigh 135, and my quiver
goes from 3.2 to 6.0, with three boards. The small and big end would
probably not work with a screamer. My suggestion would be to get three
sails--4.5, 5.0 and 5.5 and you'll be able to sail most of the time. I would
guess that I use my 4.6 and 5.3 about 80% of the time for Bay sailing.
