Me, too. Got in Saturday nite, just beating I-80's closing. Chains
needed between Nyack and the Summit, but clear on Truckee side. Last 40
miles took 2 hours. Wind howled all night, cabin was rocking, but no
snow till morning. If I'd had my 3.5 and night vision goggles could've
gone for a sail on the Lake.

Skiied Northstar Sunday with my shred buddy. 6-12" loose pack in gentle
snowfall, skiied mostly Rendevous, but the backside was awesome. Nice
tree skiing, lots of virgin powder. Could basically point straight
downhill, and lean forward to bleed off speed. Nobody was there and no
lift lines, guess most everyone split Fri./Sat.

I haven't been in two years. The skiis certainly have gotten wider. Got
these wide ones for each foot, and a real wide one for both!
