Subject: Re: San Carlos & Solo sports

Surf Condos at S.C. ?

Hopefully, we won't see a proliferation of ram shackled trailers at
the point or eventual private property stakes with limited beach access.
Somehow the term 'low impact' seems incongruous with the necessary
growth of any commercial enterprise.

Change is inevitable, but the Watchdog presence is incredibly important to
preserve the chance of 'sane and considerate' development. My limited
experience involved with San Francisco / neighborhood development dialogues
has proven that persistent unrelentless nagging and questioning is a
required
exercise to any hope of a reasonable future in the development plans of
anywhere.

So, everybody should keep up the bark and fight with open minds and ears. We

can't be obstructionists, but we can't be naive fools either.
