If it's a Windwing ('96 Interfaces), they'll fix it in HR for free. Mine
did it too (thankfully, at the launch at Third), and I had it fixed at
Leading Edge. I reported the problem, and Bill Hansen said that they
already have fixed lots of 'em. The headstrap catches in the plastic of
the head-cap, and major downhaul causes it to slice through the headstrap.
