Cape Sebastian can be completely flat, and Pistol can be way overhead at
the same time. Sebastian needs a W or SW component to the swell to have
any waves, since the cape & the island block off the NW swell. Once you
see the layout you'll get it.

Since I am still planning my first Pistol road trip, I don't get the
situation
up there. Why not sail Sabastian the whole time? Isn't it a lot better
direction than the Rock?
