I've sailed TI about a half dozen times - mostly on weekends. Port and
starboard ramps!
On Friday, however, I was asked to leave the island and was told that
"civilian" use required authorization. The MP said that the island was
closed for military use only until September.
Anyone else had problems? Was my hassle the result of an 8 to 5
"wannabe police officer"?
