No, we did not have any problems, and at least two MP's drove by while
we were rigging.
About a month ago a MP actually helped us call the coast guard for a
rescue.
Maybe it is still "off limits" but only some MP's are enforcing the
policy. One thing I do know is to watch the speed limits. I hear they
are pretty uptight about that.
