I have seen the FC Police pull people over for making the U-turn. In that
instance they were able to get off with a warning. I suggest turning right
, instead of making the U-turn, then make the U-turn on the side street
were it is legal, then turning left onto 3rd. It seems like a fair amount
more effort, but it really isn't. The light will change quickly. Most
important, we need to do our best to stay on the good side of the police.
