Why are you moving to Fremont? There really isn't any real sailing over
there. A former coworker of mine moved from Fremont to Foster City just so
he could be close to sailing. And he owned his house?

The one option is the Dumbarton Bridge. I have seen a few sailors over
there.

Forget about the salt ponds. The story about them was a big joke.
