If I'm not mistaken, ASD may not be able to help you. A friend who has a
Mistral took it to ASD to ask for a repair and they said they couldn't do
it. The reason is that the board's construction is an epozy covered by
plastic. They can deal with the epoxy, but the plastic on top they
can't. Bic's have the same construction, no?
