I've done a lot of minor repair on epoxy boards of my own as well as some
friends boards using a product called "PoxyMarine". You can get it at
boat shops or even at Orchard Supply) I've also used it on a glass board
and it adhered fine. It's a little bit of a pain to apply but it is very
strong and it can be sanded, shaped, and threaded when cured. (I've used
this stuff to "replace" footstrap holes that have been stripped and the
screws have held just fine) The downside is it is very heavy (I rebuilt
the nose of a friends board that was all smashed up and it added more
than a pound). Read the directions, the working time is greatly affected
by how you apply it.

If the damage affects the structural integrity of the board and is in an
area of the board that sees a lot of stress, I don't think I'd attempt it
myself. But thats mostly due to the fact that I don't have the board
building skills to do a major reconstruction and I'm usually working on
second hand boards that I only paid under $500 anyway. I'd just get
another board.
