I used to be bothered a bit by it until my stance got better. Some
points:

1) I constantly switch from underhand to overhand grip. Old typeists
didn't get RSI injuries we think because they had to hit the carriage
return on the manual typewriters which was enough "different" motion to
save them.

2) Practice letting go with one hand then the other and even with
both. Your full weight should be supported by the harness. Once I got
decent with the harness, the problem seems to have gone away for me. I
used to use the "it is starting to hurt a bit" as a signal to start
practicing...

3) Take a yoga class. Really seems to help me with other old injuries
like my broken leg where one foot wasn't nearly as flexible as the
other. Few months of yoga on Sundays and they seem to be both working
great! We also do Carpul Tunnel stretches in my class.
