Sailed Waddell yesterday 2:30-4:30, decently powered on a 5.0 (they
said it was better before I got there). Head high waves - a few
overheads - and rideable for a change. Had a blast.
Today my elbow is very sore, and I can't squeeze anything - squeezing
out the shampoo this morning created severe sharp pain in the elbow.
I've had this before, but this is a lot worse. Any ideas on treatment
or prevention? I'm 49.
