Dan,
I've been dealing with a rotator cuff injury for awhile now. After a long
search I found Dr. Goerge Thabit of S.O.A.R. Sports Orthopedic And
Rehabilitation. He's an excellent shoulder specialist and along with the
work I've been doing at Santa Clara Sports Therapy (the clinic Thabit
referred me too) has produced great results. If you haven't found some one
already or are not satisfied with who you're seeing, give these folks a
call. I think they're an excellent combination and I expect to be back to
full sailing strength this year as a result of the program I'm on.

Only words of wisdom I can give you are "be patient" I lost about two months
of progress when I fell victim to the temptation of a sunny/windy day at
Waddell last year (converting the two piece mast to a four piece wasn't fun
either) Don't push it to early !!
