The idea of painting a Shark on the bottom of my board is an interesting
concept. This might repel sea lions that are close enough to see the bottom
of my board. It might also attract real sharks, and surely real sharks
will also keep those pesky sea lions away.

Hmm......which do I want.

I think that raw liver might repel sea lions. I am going to tie some onto a
string and drag it behind me. In case it breaks off, I will also put some
liver in my wetsuit.
