I'd recommend Maui. Winds are iffy then, but if there
is no wind...surf, sun, bike, kayak, snorkel, etc
Suntrips are cheap even if just airfare....get there early or
pay the price.
for that short of a time, rent in Maui...all the shops are
similarly priced and have provided good service in my experience
