I've finally got the latest wind_afternoon mail back on the web. The URL
has changed to http://www.crc.ricoh.com/~jackg/wind_report.html.
With any luck a related fix will also have the wind_talk archive
automatically updating again. I've been doing it manually on an
irregular basis since our firewall went in.
