Often during winter storms Pigeon point reports SE winds of 20+,
yet nobody talks about sailing waddell in winter.
Is the ocean just to gnarlly there during these events?
I was tempted to go out alone just a bit north of the PPLighthouse one
time in a SE storm, but went for safety instead.
