You missed it. There is a concrete boat-launch ramp on the north side,
but I forget exactly where; I think towards the eastern end. It's very
close to residences and there wasn't much parking as I remember.

I'm very curious about access. Somehow I doubt that access is open
as a recent posting stated. If so, TI would be teaming with sailors.
